Is this error message correct?

"Monash University users are currently unable to log in to Strudel Web and other Monash eResearch Centre services (Gitlab, Data Dashboard, Nectar Research Cloud) due to an issue with the Monash Identity Provider that affects Australian Access Federation (AAF) logins. eSolutions are actively working to resolve this issue. Users from other universities and institutions should be able to log in as per usual. "

There should be a date on error messages like this so we can see if it is old and perhaps to be ignored
