Remove Clear Logs button

@nkha0022 do you mean when you don't have any logs to clear or remove it entirely? I'll have to think about how to make it stateful depending on whether you have any logs

I have tested and found it was only removed from Jupyter Lab page but it still appears on the Desktop page.

This issue looks fixed so I'll close.
