Removed reliance on python to generate manifest file. Manifest file generation is now written in bash, like everything else. Fixed some echo messages color.

waterway now checks if the Qiime2 environment is loaded by trying to run the command qiime. If the qiime command fails, then waterway immediately exits without execution and prints an error message to the screen. The qiime2 version running can also be checked through running the -n command now'

Added rename function as -r. Made filepath recognition for projpath, filepath, and qzaoutput more flexible, waterway now doesnt care about if the paths have a trailing slash or not. Numerous large bugfixes to the manifest file generation step, its not totally broken anymore

Added ability to run fastqc and multiqc through waterway on the raw-files at the location specified in the config file

Fixed multiple bugs in the classifier training section, including the one that kept importing reads even when 99_otus.qza existed. FINALLY FIXED IT WHOOOOOOOOOO
