ARWU scrape error for 2019

The following error when running ur_scrape_arwu(2019)

 Error in 0.2 * .data$`N&S` : non-numeric argument to binary operator

This appears to be caused by AWRU website updating to include 'null' text for missing N&S data instead of blank. Causes column to be parsed as a character instead of double. This prevents numeric operations on N&S column leading to error.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
