switch variables from ansible_hostname to inventory_hostname incase ansible is also configuring the hostname based on the inventory

roles to calculate etcHosts etcExports and slurm.conf so we no longer do these when deploying each node, but in a preconfiguration stage

1) make karaage work without ppolicy
2) make ldapserver not deply a ppolicy
3) remove variable includes from the roles (pass with --extra-vars on
the command line)
