Previous config had `nfsv4` but nodes report `nfs4`. This patch fixes that.

deleted unused X templates. xorg.conf will be regenerated on reboot now as well as directly deployed

the kmod-ofa-kernel is installed via the mlnxofedinstall so it should not need to be handled separately

working on version pinning of kernel,lustre,mlnx and cleaning up some roles. changing upgrade to NO_CHANGED
