Move CICD pipeline into production!

Ok. This is another bigger merge MR a) This adds a test-cluster pipeline to ACIAB b) Luhan unfortunately added some code refactoring things in this branch. They are still valid that is why I leave them here. c) The mysql role fix did not get merged last time. This is no breaking change at all. Just rearranging
