Remove old mellanox driver before installing new one.

This is to prevent situations where old rpm's are still left on the system. As a result of this Lustre packages are uninstalled so you will need to call lustre role after invoking it. This code comes directly from update clusterbuild/local_roles/m3_force_upgrade
