Andreas Hamacher requested to merge centos8 into master

enabling centos8 computenodes.

lmod disabled because it cannot be installed via package at the same time as environment modules

python2 installed. mainly because of /usr/bin/env python

otherwise distro version handling changes

ntp was replaced by chronyd
