Mockldap without TLS enabled but capable

  • adding a role ldapservertest downloaded from galaxy this ldapserver has a bool-flag useTLS
  • modifying the existing ldapclient role to default to useTLS=true but also deal with useTLS false. changes have been tested against custerbuild sucessfully.
  • adding ldapservertest to the testpipeline
