Slurm mv logs

Moves backup (*.gz) Slurm logs to our backup server then deletes them to stop the disk filling up over time. Currently the rm command is commented out and email alerts are sent. This is a safety precaution - it takes a long time for a slurm log to grow to the point that logrotate compresses it.
