There are a lot of changes here

1. remove a lot of debuging statements
2. kill the ssh-agent correctly when it is no longer in use
3. tweaks to the build process to simplify the gitlab-ci.yml
4. expiring certificates from the agent when they are no longer valid
5. Setting cookies to secure
