"Desktop does't appear to have started correctly" error message on trying to connect

Steps: 1- Select M3 2- Choose any of the GPUs and launch 3- Try to connect
Result: Error message "Desktop does't appear to have started correctly" (Please consider fixing doesn't)
Note: After second or third trial, user is able to connect.
